Holiday Slime Making Party – Rules & Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.
Deposit and Payment:
Payment must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your party reservation.
Age Requirements:
The minimum age to participate in the slime making activity is 7 years old. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Each child under 18 requires one adult guardian present during the party.
Party Size and Adult/Child Ratio:
The maximum party occupancy includes both slime makers and adult guardians. Please be sure to book based on the number of guests who will be making slime. Adults who wish to participate in slime making should select the appropriate party package size. Non-slime making adults are welcome to attend but are not required to be booked as part of the slime maker headcount.
Health & Safety Disclaimer:
This event may not be suitable for individuals with a high sensitivity to scents or skin sensitivities. We recommend that individuals with these conditions refrain from participating. Please inform us ahead of time if any participants have allergies or sensitivities to materials such as certain scents, glitter, or slime ingredients.
Waiver of Liability:
By participating in the Holiday Slime Making Party, all attendees agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, staff, and venue from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during the event. All participants must sign a waiver before participating. If a child is attending, the parent or guardian must sign on their behalf.
Food & Drink:
Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted unless otherwise arranged in advance for special needs (such as dietary restrictions).
Cleanliness & Safety:
While we provide all necessary materials for slime-making, guests are encouraged to dress appropriately, as slime can sometimes stain clothing. We provide aprons for every slime maker, but please be aware that we are not responsible for any stains on personal clothing.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that the event will proceed as scheduled, and we cannot extend the session time. It is important to arrive on time to ensure everyone gets the full party experience.
By attending the party, you consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please notify a staff member upon arrival.
