Subscribtion Box FAQ
You will be charged every 1st of the month if you signed up to our month-to-month subscription. If you signed up to our 6 month or 12 month pre-paid plan, you will also be charged the 1st of the month when your cycle renews.
Subscription boxes ship out from our facility every 12th of the month. If the 12th lands on a weekend, we will ship the Friday before.
Yes! Please email us at help@cornwithslime.com and we will make the adjustment for you.
You can cancel anytime. We’ll be sad to see you go, but just email us at help@cornwithslime.com to request a cancellation. We also offer a special discount for the following month if you’d like to stay subscribed.
